GBA’s higher education system can contribute to sustainable development in fulfilling the specific demands of the industry in a knowledge economy, as well as increasing educational opportunities for underserved communities in fostering common goods. To increase the participation and build linkages and cooperation in research on the education development in GBA from different higher education institutions in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the project includes a series of workshops for exchanges of idea and research topics. It also explores the challenges, obstacles, and win-win strategies for cooperation and coordination among the higher education system, institutions and the communities of GBA.
