The HEAD Foundation (THF) is a charitable organisation set up in 2013 in Singapore to contribute to the development of Asia. As a think-tank, THF focuses on issues around human capital, education, leadership and sustainability. It provides a collaborative and inclusive platform for a multidisciplinary approach to scholarship, policy reform and programme development.

Its flagship publication International Higher Education is read widely around the world, in English as well as in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, French and Portuguese.

The Summer Institute is designed for aspiring and practising leaders in higher education institutions and governments. Through interactive workshops, sharing sessions, team work and site visits, participants gain valuable insights from success stories and case studies drawn from around the world; and explore concepts and approaches that expose them to the frontiers of higher education development.
